JAPACHECO BUILDING

Japacheco Building is a restoration project that seeks to promote an underused infrastructure, which is located in the city of San José in a privileged corner plot for having two boulevards. A new concept is applied to the building, which seeks to blur the physical limits of the property by expanding activities through a treatment of the immediate context, thus achieving a better interior-exterior relationship. In addition, nature is integrated through vegetation as a differentiating element in the city, this through green skins, planters and more pleasant natural spaces for permanence. This intervention seeks to be one of the projects in rehabilitation, which contributes to San José in becoming a attractive city and incentivize other developers to transform the capital.
