Architectural Consultancy
Building your house or any construction project in Costa Rica can be confusing. We provide you with guidance and support for the entire design process, paperwork, municipal permits, consultations and everything related to the professionals to be involved in the process.
Design
The architectural design stage is the most important part, because here the final result of the project of your dreams is defined. We provide you with a professional design process that includes: site analysis, concept study, review meetings, realistic renderings / images, construction plans and everything you need for a quality result. We take this stage seriously, we never settle and we always seek to provide our clients with the best result.
Technicall direction
During the construction stage, regardless of who builds the project, we will be throughout the process conducting the technical direction, making periodic inspections and corroborating that the project that you design for you comes true correctly.
Our ideology and design approach seeks to strengthen people’s connection with nature through architecture. We seek to create spaces through biophilic concepts that consolidate the affinity of the human being with the natural space and thus, take advantage of the benefits that this brings to people’s lives.
